Measured Impact
How Does It Work
We measure impact based on how much a families income goes towards food and shelter.
When mothers are making enough money to provide for their families and send kids to school,
we know that we are making a significant impact for the future generations.

No Interest Loans
When they repay their loans, the money is then circulated to helping others in their group. This way, the group holds each other accountable to making payments.

Accountability
They are responsible for reporting their impact score to us on a regular basis. Their impact score is the ratio of their income that is spend on food.

Weekly Business Classes and group meetings
We have a dedicated staff in Ethiopia that meets weekly with the families for business training and mentoring.

Requirements
These weekly meetings and classes are required, as is maintaining a savings. However, the program is open to any need or education level, often people earning less than $1 a day.
